7.Contract description:The objective of this project is to assist the Ministry for EU Affairs (MEUA) to implement the civil society dialogue (CSD) and civil society support programmes (CSSP) in 2015 and 2016 programming years. The contractor will ensure coherence between the activities realised during the implementation of the grant programmes and therefore will support the Ministry to implement the grant schemes and to conduct promotion and visibility activities of the CSD and CSSP in 2015 and 2016 activity documents. Also the contractor will assist MEUA in the management of the consultation mechanism to improve the participation and contribution of the civil society organisations to the IPA programming process in the civil society sub-sector.
